Bay Area Rentals has been serving the Houston /Galveston Bay Area for twenty five years. We stock everything from concrete & supplies to tents and accessory rentals. Please give us a call if you don't see something here that you need. We can likely get it for you.
Pricing
Rental rates are quoted on the respective page. Most prices quoted are for a one day charge. If you desire to use these rental items for a longer period of time, please call our office for long term rental rates.
Delivery
Delivery and pick up are available at reasonable rates. Please call for the charge to your specific location. There is an additional charge for upstairs. Or, you may pick up and return to our store yourself.
Special containers are provided for your china, silver, glassware, etc. to insure that you receive your items sterilized, undamaged, sparkling and 'table-ready'. Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place of delivery. Rates quoted are for ground floor deliveries to your door.
Pick Up
All china, silver, utensils, etc. should be rinsed food free and re-packed in the same containers as delivered. Linen should be refuse free and dried to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs should be knocked down and stacked ready for pick up. All items should be assembled in a single location as specified above ready for pick up. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.
Set Up & Breakdown
Set up and knock down service available at a reasonable additional charge if arranged in advance.
Loss or Damage
Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from the time of delivery to the time of return. Please be sure equipment is secure and protected by weather when not in use. All equipment has replacement value. Replacement charges are made for lost or damaged items.
